Sophie completed her Bachelor of Exercise Physiology in 2021 at the University of New South Wales.
In the past few years Sophie was living on the North Coast of NSW, where she worked with a range of clients, privately and in small classes, in her role as an Exercise Physiologist. Sophie has previously run group programs for a range of demographics, including classes for individuals looking to improve their bone health (with osteoporosis or osteopenia) and hydrotherapy groups for Veterans.

As an Exercise Physiologist, Sophie loves to develop sustainable exercise programs that can aid in treating and managing a variety of health conditions or long term injuries, including but not limited to; arthritis, neurological conditions, chronic lower back pain, mental illness or falls prevention.
